Register as a doer, wait for admin review, then use Doer Login to view requests and mark “I’m interested.”
Why are phone numbers not open immediately?
During the pilot, YaFatah keeps contact admin-controlled to reduce spam, protect families and doers, and learn safely before a wider launch.
What if my service is not listed?
Choose Other / Custom Service and describe what you need. This helps YaFatah learn which categories to add next.
What happens after I submit a request?
The request goes to admin review. The admin can notify suitable doers, track interest, and approve contact when appropriate.
Is this a full public launch?
Not yet. This is a trusted pilot for Jordan / Amman, with manual review and controlled WhatsApp handoff.
